Goal for staff: Make each day your masterpiece. You have to apply yourself each day to becoming a little better. By applying yourself to the task of becoming a little better each and every day over a period of time, you will become a lot better. Only then will you be able to approach being the best you can be.

Goal for editors & advisor: Define success for those under your leadership as total commitment and effort to the team's welfare. Then show it yourself with your own effort and performance. Staff Work

Making your newspaper: you have your stories selected, now you need to create a newspaper. Your newspaper will have stories, graphics, headlines, by-lines, a flag (newspaper title), captions, photo credit, everything from a regular newspaper.

Newspaper size: standard letter (8/5" x 11")
Margins: Standard (.5" all around)
Body text size: Time new Roman, 10 pt
Headlines: No smaller than 25 pt
Caption size: 8 pt
Photo credit size: 7 pt
